What is the difference between Accede and Exceed? : 
Accede : 

( 1 ) To Agree to request , proposal and so on

She acceded to my earnest request. 

( 2 ) To take office

I acceded to the chancellorship of the university last year. 

( 3 ) To become a monarch

When did Akbar, The Great accede the throne? 

Exceed : 

( 1 ) To go beyond what is allowed , necessary or advisable 

Do not exceed the speed limit. 

Your expenses should not exceed your income. 

( 2 ) Be greater or more numerous than something

Her success exceeded all expectations. 

The price will not exceed two hundred rupees.
